About

Credible nutrition,
minus the fear-mongering.

I sit at an unusual crossroads: the clinical rigour of a dietitian, the practicality of a trained chef, and the curiosity of a researcher. That mix means I don't just tell you what to eat — I can show you how to actually cook it, and explain the science behind why it matters.

My PhD investigates how nutrition misinformation spreads on social media and the toll it takes on our health. Every day, confident-but-wrong advice racks up millions of views. My job is to make trustworthy, judgement-free nutrition just as easy to find — and far more useful.

What I do

Four hats, one goal: nutrition you can trust.

Evidence-based guidance

Personalised, science-backed nutrition grounded in clinical dietetics — no fads, no fear, no guilt.

Mythbusting misinformation

My research digs into how nutrition myths spread online — so I can help you spot them and scroll right past.

Food that tastes good

Trained as a chef, I make healthy eating genuinely delicious and doable in a real, busy kitchen.

Media & collaborations

Commentary, speaking and brand partnerships that put accurate, accessible nutrition in front of bigger audiences.

The internet is full of nutrition nonsense.
Let's fix that.

Millions of people scroll past confident, completely wrong nutrition advice every single day. My mission is to make trustworthy, science-backed nutrition just as shareable as the myths — and a whole lot tastier.
